An open forum is planned from 2:15 to 3:15 p.m. Monday, Oct. 6, to introduce a candidate for the job of associate vice president for Enrollment Management at NIU.

Candidate Craig Aimar is currently assistant vice president of Enrollment Management and director of Retention at Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan.

The open forum takes place in Room 405 of the Holmes Student Center.

Reporting to the vice president for Student Affairs & Enrollment Management, the associate vice president for Enrollment Management provides leadership through strategic planning and the designing of an organizational model to direct the offices of Admissions, Student Financial Aid, the Scholarship Office and Orientation & Family Connections in administering student enrollment activities in support of the university’s mission and goals.

The associate vice president for Enrollment Management serves as a conduit to promote and maximize collaboration between university offices and external groups and to optimize the university’s enrollment management goals for student success from inquiry to matriculation through graduation.
