Amber Hejduk
Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa is pleased to announce Northern Illinois University alumna Amber Hejduk as the new sales manager for the renowned resort located in Galena, Ill.
Hejduk, who earned a bachelor of science degree in business management from NIU, is responsible for all aspects of sales for the resort including the 63 holes on four award-winning golf courses, accommodations that range from quaint Inn rooms to more than 200 villas and distinctive homes, over 15,000 square feet of meeting space, award-winning restaurants, and spa.
With over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Hejduk has a successful track record in sales management throughout the Midwest. Prior to joining Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa, Hejduk was the Chicago-based, senior sales manager for The Abbey Resort and Avani Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisc., for which she was responsible for managing the entire Midwest and West Coast corporate market segments. Prior to working at The Abbey Resort and Avani Spa, Hejduk served in various sales positions at some of the country’s most respected hospitality companies and resorts including Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Hyatt Hotels.
