NIU’s Office of Student Engagement & Experiential Learning has extended the deadline to submit faculty proposals to the Undergraduate Research Assistantship program for the summer and fall semesters of 2014.
Proposals must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. Monday, March 3,for consideration.
Faculty can submit proposals to receive support in the form of an undergraduate research assistant to contribute work to a faculty research project. Undergraduate research assistants are paid $10 an hour for 10 hours of work per week for the duration of 15 weeks (not to exceed $1,500).
