Northern Illinois University College of Business alumna Paul Burger has recently been appointed director of business development, e|djuster USA, as part of the company’s expansion into the North American market. Burger graduated from NIU with a degree in marketing in 1990.
“NIU taught me the value of perseverance and provided a great foundation for future success,” says Burger. “A good education provides the foundation, but it’s up to you to build off that foundation.”
Burger brings more than 21 years of sales experience in the property and casualty realm to this new role, in which he will lead the company’s U.S. sales efforts and business expansion. Ultimately Burger will be responsible for the promotion of e|djuster’s software and service solutions, which are designed to help property insurance carriers with inventory, pricing, and the accurate reporting of lost or damaged items.
“We are thrilled to have Paul join our team, and we are confident that he will be able to make a strong contribution in our efforts to further expand the business in support of our new market entry to the more competitive U.S. contents market,” says Andy Williams, president and CEO of e-djuster Inc.
According to the company, its products enable insurance carriers to gain better control over indemnity while achieving more accurate and reliable like, kind and quality (LKQ) pricing. The products offered by e|djuster-USA are also designed to help adjusters and policyholders alike achieve fair and equitable claims settlements in a timely manner.
