Student Affairs & Enrollment Management and Huskie Family Connections will host the third regional meeting of the year at home on NIU’s DeKalb campus.
Families of NIU students are invited from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Sunday, April 21, to Room 100 of the Campus Life Building.
Participants can meet Student Affairs administrators and share dialogue regarding the NIU experiences of their students and families.
The meeting will be held in conjunction with the Latino Resource Center and the Adela de la Torre Honor Society induction. Inductees and their families will be announced as honored guests at the regional meeting, which follows the induction ceremony.
The first two regional meetings, held earlier in the year in Naperville and Chicago, met with success in being enjoyable and productive evenings. Families had many questions answered while NIU staff received valuable information from the families to enhance the NIU experience for all students and their families.
