Conductor Linc Smelser and the Kishwaukee Symphony Orchestra invite the public to the annual Summer Concert in the Park at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 28, at the Hopkins Park Band Shell.
The free program will feature many familiar patriotic and classical favorites.
This concert is a great opportunity for the whole family to experience the orchestra. Attendees are encouraged to bring picnic blankets for the lawn or to come early to find spots on a bench.
