NIU dietetic interns Kate Schultz and Matt Stark are organizing a special “Bar and Grille” dinner event from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, at Neptune Dining Hall.
All NIU students are invited to attend. The meal can be paid for with Huskie Bucks or meal plans for the same cost as a normal dinner at the dining halls.
The menu features tavern-battered chicken wings, hot wings, bratwursts and quesadillas. Diners also can enjoy appetizers, “mocktails,” NIU Sports Cookies, desserts, games and prizes.
