Architecture professor visiting NIU from Rome will speak about ‘Egyptomania in Baroque Rome’

Ingrid Rowland event posterIngrid Rowland, a professor at the University of Notre Dame-Rome School of Architecture, will visit the NIU campus to speak at 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 25,  about “Egyptomania in Baroque Rome.”

Rowland’s lecture will be held in Room 100 of the Visual Arts Building.

The lecture is free and open to the public. It is sponsored by members of the Division of Art History at NIU, and funded by the Elizabeth Allen Visiting Lectures in Art History and the NIU School of Art Visiting Artists and Scholars Program.
